Rules OUR SERVICE
List of terms and conditions of service:
The Client automatically agrees to these terms after paying for any service or replenishing the balance in the personal account.
Not knowing the rules does not absolve you from responsibility!
1.0 General rules for all services
1.2 It is prohibited to place programs for obtaining unauthorized access that disrupt the operation of systems, as well as blocking the operation of systems;
1.3 It is prohibited to publish any materials that violate the copyright of their owner (this includes links to such sources or file sharing sites);
1.7 It is prohibited to post websites and materials prohibited by the legislation of the Republic of Moldova.
1.9 DDOS attacks are prohibited, as well as actions performed with VPS in relation to other objects that may result in disabling the latter.
1.10 Any actions that may lead to the listing of Spamhaus, Spamcop, Cert and others are prohibited.
1.13 It is forbidden to run game servers, as well as other high-performance software on VDS servers.
2.0 Rights and obligations of the parties!
2.2 Violation of these rules by the client entails denial of service without refund for the unused period. If the company has suffered reputational or financial losses, the client is obliged to repay them, otherwise Hyper Hosting SRL will be forced to go to court.
2.3 The Client is obliged to pay for the services provided in a timely manner. The minimum rental period is 1 calendar month. During which the service cannot be deleted.
2.4The Client has the right to delay payment for a week. In case of non-receipt of funds, the service will be permanently deleted.
2.6Hyper Hosting SRL reserves the right to refuse to provide services or terminate the services provided to any client at its discretion unilaterally without explanation. And also require client verification.
2.7 Hyper Hosting SRL is not responsible for damages caused to anyone or anything by intentional or unintentional actions of the Hyper Hosting SRL client. And also caused by the fault of third parties.
2.8 Any changes to the service rules, tariff plans, etc. will be published on the website in the news section, as well as sent to all customers. All changes take effect at the time of publication.
2.9 The Company is not responsible for losses and lost profits caused to the client by force majeure, DDOS attacks, planned technical work to improve the quality of service, as well as planned work in the datacenter. Except in cases where the compensation initiative comes from Hyper Hosting SRL.
2.13 These rules may be changed or supplemented unilaterally.
Below are the main responsibilities of technical support and Hyper Hosting SRL
3.0 Technical support is required:
3.2 Promptly solve all problems affecting the performance of the client's services.
3.3 Provide uninterrupted access to the client's VPS servers and eliminate everything that prevents this in the shortest possible time.
3.4 In case of violation of the rules of use of the hosting, block the account with mandatory notification of the account owner.
5.0 Payment, refund:
5.1 Refund of funds from the client's account is possible only in the amount that is displayed on the client's balance. The funds will not be refunded to the Client in case of violation of paragraph 1 of the rules.
6.0 Terms of removal of services:
6.1 All unpaid VPS services will be deleted 7 days after the end of the payment period, the client may request a deferred payment for a period of no more than 7 days. In case of non-receipt of funds after activation of the deferred payment, the client's service will be permanently deleted.
6.2 If the customer violates the terms of use of the services, the company reserves the right to remove the service before the expiration date, without reimbursing the remaining period.
