01

General provisions

Hyper.Hosting services must be used only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these rules, the Terms of Service and other current service documents.

  • Customers are responsible for activity performed through their accounts and servers.
  • Registration and contact information must be accurate and current.
  • Granting access to another person does not remove the account owner's responsibility.
  • Customer software and configurations must not interfere with the platform.
02

Content and materials

Customers are responsible for the information, files, software and other materials stored on their rented infrastructure.

The following content and activity are prohibited:

  • materials that violate applicable laws;
  • malware and infected files;

  • materials that infringe copyrights or other third-party rights;
  • content associated with fraud or deliberate deception;
  • information whose distribution is restricted or prohibited by law.
03

Network capabilities must not be used in a way that threatens Hyper.Hosting infrastructure, third-party systems or internet users.

  • DDoS attacks and participation in coordinated attacks are prohibited.
  • Unauthorized port scanning and vulnerability probing are prohibited.
  • Customers must not attempt to access third-party accounts, servers or data.
  • Botnet control and management of infected devices are prohibited.
  • Unsolicited bulk messaging and spam are not permitted.
  • Proxies, VPNs and relays must be protected against public abuse.
04

Resource usage

Customers may use resources within the limits and technical specifications of the selected service plan.

  • Usage must remain within the limits of the selected plan.
  • Customers must not deliberately interfere with other customers.
  • Sustained excessive load may require migration to a different plan.
  • Customers must monitor processes, traffic and disk usage.
  • Plan limitations and virtualization controls must not be bypassed.
For sustained high workloads, the support team may recommend a more suitable server configuration.
05

Account and server security

Customers are responsible for securing their accounts, operating systems and installed software.

  • Use strong and unique passwords.
  • Do not share access credentials with unauthorized persons.
  • Install security updates promptly.
  • Restrict access to administrative interfaces and network ports.
  • Inspect the server when suspicious activity is detected.

Services are provided during the paid period. Customers are responsible for monitoring their balance, expiration dates and renewals.

  • Payment must be received before the current service period ends.
  • Processing times may depend on the selected payment method.
  • An unpaid service may be suspended after the paid period expires.
  • Refunds are handled under the current Refund Policy.
  • Payment provider fees may not be included in the service price.
07

Data and backups

Customers are responsible for protecting their data unless a separate backup service is included in the order.

  • Create regular backups of important files and databases.
  • Store backups separately from the primary server.
  • Test whether backups can be restored successfully.
  • Save required data before reinstalling or deleting a service.
  • Data removed after service termination may not be recoverable.
08

Service restriction and suspension

Hyper.Hosting may temporarily restrict or suspend a service when its use creates a security risk, violates the rules or significantly affects the infrastructure.

Reasons for restriction may include:

  • a substantiated report of prohibited activity;
  • detected attacks, malware or server compromise;
  • significant resource overuse;
  • non-payment after the paid period expires;
  • failure to respond to support requests regarding a violation;
  • an urgent need to prevent harm to infrastructure or third parties.

When possible and safe, the customer will receive information about the reason for the restriction and the steps required to restore the service.

09

Reports, requests and reviews

Questions about these rules and reports of possible violations are reviewed by Hyper.Hosting support.

  • Requests should identify the affected service and describe the situation.
  • Additional information and event logs may be requested.
  • Customers should respond to support requests within a reasonable period.
  • Incorrect restrictions are reviewed after supporting information is received.
  • Repeated or deliberate violations may result in service termination.
